In patchy habitats that are island -like forests. Top habitats are Bandhavgarh, Kanha, Corbett and north-east forests.

CAN THEY BE SAVED ?

Yes .By saving the forest patches. By waging a war against poaching in Tiger breeding zones. BY stopping unregulated development in buffer zones.
